The hotel is conveniently located near Central Station, making it easy to access various parts of the city. it is in close proximity to the USA embassy, which is a convenient feature for travelers. Good location for this hotel, right in the centre of sydney with good access to local routes including the trains and monorail.
I was under the impression from the literature which states 'apartment style living' that there would be some sort of kitchenette in the room or something a bit more open plan about the room itself, this however was not the case, it was merely a standard hotel room with an ensuite bathroom, which was nice, but not what i was expecting. Plus you had to pay a seperate fee for the use of internet, which i think is a big no no for any modern hotel in a big city!

The concept of an appartment in a city while working for a week is so much better than a hotel
The appartment falls short of personal touch to finish it, the cleaness of the carpets in corridors and rooms is really not good, and the overall cleaness of the place is not up to par with the price they charge

Staying very close to darling harbour and sydney opera house. There were parking nearby. We went to speed bar espresso for dinner, it was only 100 feet away and we were satisfied. Paddington neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention...

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for me to explore all the attractions nearby. The staff here are friendly and always willing to help with any requests I had. The free wifi throughout the hotel was a huge bonus for me, as I needed to stay connected during my stay.

If that was a deluxe room, I would be miserable in a standard. Not as advertised: there was no kitchenette, although eventually, after complaining, equipment was brought to room. Grim and depressing decor and shabby furnishings.

The staff were awesome. Friendly, courteous and most of all, very helpful.
The drilling and hammering at 9am in the morning. If nothing else, work could be done in the afternoon... We partied hard during Mardi gras, and it was not nice to not be able to sleep in...

The hotel has free wifi, which is always useful. , the staff is really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything.
The room was not as clean as expected, and there was a lot of dust under the bed. , the room was quite small, and there was not much space to move around.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The area was great for walking , shopping and dining.
Had to upgrade from a standard king room so we could have windows to look out of. Housing keeping staff was hit and miss with the cleaning, towels etc. kitchenette means a bar fridge and we had to ask for a microwave. No utensils except for a kettle, cups and glasses.

The hotel had a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely. The location was convenient, close to various dining options and attractions. it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience for a romantic getaway.
There was no on-site restaurant, but there were plenty of nearby dining options. The hotel could improve on soundproofing the windows to minimize traffic noise.
